In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your purchase you must get in touch on receipt of the item.
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in new condition, or if there is a fault with the item.
Return postage will be paid by the customer unless there is a fault in which case postage will be reimbursed. In this case a refund can be requested or a replacement sent out depending on availability.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Alternatively you may wish to exchange your purchase for a similar item.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
