Christmas Wool Wreath Workshop - Weds 26th Nov Hebden Bridge
6:30 - 8:30pm at my studio: The Peg Loomer, Hebble End Works, Hebden Bridge
Make a gorgeous chunky wool wreath using this finger crochet technique, and then cut out and decorate your holly using the art of needle felting. You can also add a removable bow in a contrasting natural colour. Your wreath will be made with a wooden or wire frame and British wool, making this a sustainable as well as enjoyable craft! The wreath can be displayed indoors or outdoors in a sheltered area. You’ll be able to get your wreath out to be enjoyed year after year.
This project is suitable for beginners.
Needle felting involves poking wool with a sharp needle, which can result in small pricks to the fingers. Finger protectors are provided. You’ll go home with your needle and will have the opportunity to purchase any additional tools if you’d like to continue this craft at home.
